The service was impeccable. The food excellent. Heard raves all evening about the food and availability of staff. Staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Amazingly efficient and kind.

Vinwood came highly recommended, but we were reluctant to hire a caterer who didn't provide tastings. Now that the wedding is over, it's hard to understand why anyone would even want a tasting. Aren't reviews better than anything? And here it is: Vinwood was perfection. The food was fabulous, the portions were larger than usual, they delivered everything as described, they were flexible with menu options yet had creative ways to guide us if they thought they found a better solution. The vegetables were fresh! The food during the cocktail hour was just right in that people's appetites were whetted, but not sated.The Middle Eastern table was marvelous. Of course I didn't taste everything (I'm the mother of the bride), but everyone was raving about the food. They provided delicious wraps and boxed take-home meals which EVERYONE enjoyed in the cars, planes and trains as they left for home. Oh, and their tables and displays were beautiful.

Amazing!!! Vinwood was not only a pleasure to work with, but their food is amazing!! All of our guests raved about how good our food was. Vinwood catered to our needs, and made us so happy.

The meals at weddings are usually nothing to write home about. Then there's Vinwood. We kept hearing how great they were from anyone we told who was catering our wedding but, even still, we didn't expect it to be THAT good! It was really nice to have everyone at the wedding raving about the food. We're STILL hearing about it from people, actually, a few weeks later. Excellent, excellent food. And the event staff are really great, too! Everything was perfect. Tip: go for the ice cream sundae bar! HUGE crowd pleaser.

Vinwood Caterers' food was absolutely wonderful! We did food stations at Cruiseport and there were so many different choices of a variety of foods. Also, during our cocktail hour, we chose several appetizers for our guests... one appetizer including something that was not on the menu that Vinwood was able to create for us! Our guests haven't stopped raving about the food - from the Harvest Salad, to the Pumpkin Ravioli, to the Herb Crusted Tenderloin, and the Ice Cream Sundae Station - all so delicious! People keep telling us it was the best wedding food they have ever had... thanks Vinwood!

Vinwood Caterers was wonderful. All of my guests could not stop raving about the food (the pumpkin ravioli with mascarpone sage cream sauce was my favorite). Everything, from the appetizers (they specially made a delicious pumpkin soup shooter for us) to the small chocolate dipped fruit selection at the end of the night was perfect. The buffet set up was beautiful and the service was excellent. This is definitely worth every penny and they will work with you on every detail of the event to make sure you're happy. I would highly recommend Vinwood and would gladly use them again.

Vinwood surpassed all my catering needs. I was very pleased with the efficient team, the wide selection of menu items, especially vegetarian options, and the entire presentation on my wedding day. Their rates were very reasonable and they provided everything. I would highly recommend Vinwood Caterers.

Do not be afraid that Vinwood does not do tastings. You won't need one. I just worked with them on my reception and although I barely got to eat anything, I saw our guests going up for at least seconds. We had so much cake left over because everyone was so full from the wonderful dinner. Luckily they gave my husband and I little To-Go boxes to have later that night. We first chose Vinwood because they were on the preferred list of the venue we chose. Then after speaking with them, they not only had an extensive list of delicious food offerings (including pumpkin ravioli), they said that it was no problem for them to work with my husband's gluten allergy (which they did VERY well). Vinwood is also priced unbelievably reasonably for the quality of food you are getting. They were also priced below all the local competition. Besides the food itself, all of the staff is great too! From before to the day of. They respond to every email/inquiry with efficiency usually within an hour. They have great ideas to work with what your want, but do not tell you what to do. The day of everyone is so helpful and friendly. Vinwood made our crazy day that less crazy. They were a vendor that we didn't not have to worry about what-so-ever. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever needed to. Their only downfall is that they don't accept credit cards. But they are totally upfront with every monetary item along the way. No hidden charges with them.

This company was amazing. I viewed about 15 venues before choosing our venue in Gloucester, MA, and a number of places had raved about Vinwoods as being amazing, so I think they have a pretty good reputation. I'll just add that my guests said they have never had better food at a wedding as they had at ours! Everything was delicious, and beautifully and professionally presented. My husband and I had our own dedicated server from Vinwoods who couldn't do enough for me... my husband wanted both entree options and it was brought over in a jiffy, no questions asked! The waitstaff were so professional and everyone had their food so quickly, which is really impressive since we had 160 people at the wedding. A representative from Vinwoods met with us during our final details meeting at our venue, and was so knowledgeable and organized. They even check with you to ask what your color scheme and flower choices for your wedding are, so that they can match the flowers they put on the cocktail hour buffet table to match, which I was really impressed with. They were wonderful and I would say a big giant yes if you are having your wedding on the North Shore and want amazing food and service.

We were a little sketched out about them nit offering a tasting, but the food was phenomenal. We got married at Turner Hill Mansion and didn't have a choice of caterers. They were very flexible and offered upgrades at no additional cost. They also honored they're 2009/10 menu pricing as that is when we had put our deposit down. The staff was excellent and very attentive. They even packed up to go bags for us since we barely got to sample the food. We did stations and everyone raved about the selections and the quality.

My wedding was two weeks ago and I'm still craving their Pumpkin Ravioli!!! Everything at our wedding was absolutely amazing! We did stations and the were so much fun. They were able to customize the menu to whatever we wanted and to accomadate food allergies. Our guests were raving about the food starting at cocktail hour. We had a mashed potato bar (soooo delicious), coconut shrimp, chicken satay, beef crostini's and my favorite grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters. There's nothing worse than going to a wedding and having dry bland food. Or for me since I'm a vegetarian, if there's not an option for me I'm pretty much stuck, but the stations gave everyone plenty of options. And everyone was completely happy with the choices. Also, since we had a couple of guests that had trouble walking, including my Dad, they were able to designate servers to these guests so they didn't have to walk around to the stations. They also serve the Bride and Groom so we could sit an relax. Amazing food, amazing service! And Jarrod is and amazing chef. I'm so excited that we're going to a wedding this weekend that Vinwood is catering. Can't wait for the Pumpkin Ravioli again!

Food was amazing!!! We are still craving the filet mignon!!! Service was great!!! Presentation of the food was awesome!!! I have to add that they are also reasonably priced!!! We also got a free cake and you can't beat that!!! Great food! Great price! Unbelievable service!!!

I had my wedding in the middle of Hurricane Irene, and during a power outage at my venue. Vinwood met me as I arrived to my wedding in a panic that all would be a disater, and told me they have a generator, and all will be fine with my food, it will all be precisely as I had wanted... and it was!! The food was AMAZING, the attention to detail is impeccable, the portion size was very generous, the staff so very attentive and unobtrusive at the same time! All my guest told me that they usually have to chase down waiters to get appetizers during the cocktail hour, but at our wedding, there was always someone there with a fresh tray! One poor waitress was assigned to us as the Bride and Groom, and had to follow us out into the garden in between gale force winds and downpours into the garden for pictures, and she never stopped smiling! Our sales person Ray was really great at suggesting menus and options, and does such a great job describing the food, that your mouth waters thinking about it! If you are concerned about the fact that they do not offer a tasting, dont be! The filet mignon was so tender, guests cut it with a butter knife, the chicken was great and we opted for an off menu choice of stuffed lobster tail, which was so delicious! I have never had better "wedding food" and all my guests were so stuffed from the appetizers and main course, that the ice cream sundae bar went mostly untouched! Tim was our wedding day go to guy, and he was so reassuring and wonderful. If you want GREAT FOOD & GREAT SERVICE, elegance and great attention to detail and efficiency, this is your caterer! Worth every penny!

It was a stressful couple days before our wedding with a hurricane coming and us working and re-working plans but it was Vinwood that made everything go off without a hitch. I'm not sure how they did it, but they seamlessly turned a ceremony space into a dining room and then into a dance floor. When I entered the room and the candles and flowers were everywhere I was so happy. The food was spectacular, the staff was wonderful and attentive. I truly couldn't have asked for more. Vinwood provides impeccable service and wonderful food at a reasonable price, which is unheard of in the wedding business! If you want to know that you will be 100% taken care of no matter what (even a hurricane) then you must use Vinwood!

We used Vinwood as our wedding caterer. Jessica and Ray were so helpful! I love their costs as they build everything into the per head price including linens, china, service, even gratuity. The food was INCREDIBLE and having top chefs in the family it was a hard crowd to please. The portions were crazy, I have never seen so much food. No one could have left hungary. The staff were so professional and dressed so well, down to the white gloves. Nothing was too much trouble and the presentation was perfect! Also, myself and 10 friends are all vegetarians. Vinwood let us create our own veggie feast meal and they did a beautiful job with it considering it was not on their 'menu'. They were the lowest cost from all the caterers used by our venue but they were brilliant, would not have changed anything!

We got married at Brooksby Farm on July 23, 2011, and Vinwood was our caterer. At Brooksby, your caterer is also your wedding coordinator. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vinwood. Every single thing, from the initial meeting to the minute the wedding was over, was impeccable. They are professional, friendly, and flexible. They will do everything they can to make your wedding perfect. The food was amazing. The staff was helpful and happy to be there. Our wedding went smoothly and perfectly because Vinwood is so good at what they do.

When we found out that Vinwoods was one of the preferred caterers for Groveland Fairways, we immediately knew that we wanted them to cater our wedding. I had known from family friends and many others that Vinwoods was great. All the staff was wonderful to work with. When we had a question and emailed, Jessica was quick to reply with an answer. On the day of, Tim was great. He made sure that we were having a good time, as well as making sure we were able to eat. When dinner was being served, he found us and told us that dinner was ready and brought us to our sweetheart table. The presentation of all the food was fantastic! All of our guests raved about the food and keep telling us that it was delicious. We can’t say enough good things about Vinwoods!

We used Vinwood for our catering for my wedding. We had stations, instead of a sit down dinner or a buffet. The stations worked out perfectly and we had lots of variety in our food so everyone had options. The food was AMAZING. I had guests telling me all night that this was some of the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The food was hot, and full of flavor. I HIGHLY recommend Vinwood for catering services.

Vinwood was amazing. They really made amazing things happen within our tiny wedding budget. We are still hearing compliments about the beef tenderloin! And the hors d'oeuvres were well above what we expected (cheese, cracker and fruit station was so elegant). Everything was perfect. Just wish we could have taken the leftovers home with us.
