Serjeo

Serjeo and his staff were extremely helpful and my now husband designed a spectacular non-traditional ring with his help. It's so beautiful! We were so satisfied we came back for our wedding bands that are so sparkly and amazing. I constantly get complemented on my rings and I will definitely be returning to Serjeo for more diamonds in the future!

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Serjeo, and he had such a good experience, there was no doubt in our minds that we'd go there for our wedding bands. And while I love my rings, and my husband loves his wedding band, we were really disappointed with the customer service we received. Emails went unanswered for more than 48 hours, and occasionally took a follow-up email or phone call to net a response. I highly recommend avoiding Saturday appointments if at all possible - we went in a couple of times on a Saturday, and we waited close to a half an hour (at least) past our appointment time. We spent more time sitting on the couch on those days than we did in the office. Also, we met with Serjeo in May to discuss our wedding bands, and we were told multiple times that we'd have them by mid-September at the latest. When mid-September came and there was no word, we contacted them and were offered an appointment the week of our wedding. Since my husband's ring didn't fit when he'd tried it on the month before and all I'd seen was the wax model, we found that unacceptable. Unfortunately, my husband's ring STILL didn't fit when we went to pick them up, even though we'd been told it would be re sized between appointments. Fortunately, it was a quick fix, but I was really upset that it wasn't done in advance, as we'd been promised. Serjeo's craftsmanship is really wonderful, and his jewelry is top notch. I just wish his customer service would follow suit.

Serjeo is really wonderful. He helped my husband create my engagement ring, so I will always feel very grateful to him since I love my diamond! For our wedding rings, we went back to Serjeo who my husband knew pretty well, but I was just getting to meet. We were designing out own rings and Serjeo assured us that he would have them done a few weeks before our wedding so we could come in and make sure that they were what we wanted. With the summer rush of weddings, Serjeo was running very behind, even though we came to see him 5 months before our wedding. We also had to email several times to get an answer as to when they would finally be finished. Our wedding bands weren't ready until the morning before our wedding. Luckily, mine is gorgeous and both are exactly what we wanted. The craftsmanship on both are absolutely incredible. I really just wish that we had been able to be more actively involved and that they were ready when he stated they would be. Honestly though, we will still go back to Serjeo for our jewelry needs because he really does do an excellent job. I just found that worrying about whether our wedding bands were going to be finished the week before the wedding was a very unnecessary stressor.

Serjeo is amazing! His craftsmanship is top notch. When my husband and I were looking at engagement rings, we really wanted to also find that jeweler that we could go to for years to come. We knew we found him when we met Serjeo for the first time. He's very friendly; works with you on not only budget but the look your aiming for; he's professional; and he really goes out of his way to teach you about diamonds and metal types. I feel like I've not only found a great jeweler, but also made a new friend.
