We used Rentals Unlimited for the table linens for our party and they totally transformed the look of the venue! Our party was on the Spirit of Boston so the room was beautiful to start with, with white linens. But when we added the tropical colored linens, the room looked totally different and was transformed into the tropical paradise we hoped it would be. Rentals Unlimited was professional every step of the way, and they came through for us even though it was sort of a last minute decision to rent linens. They were able to work within our tight schedule and we were extremely pleased with the end result.

I was very happy with the service we received from Rentals Unlimited. We rented Chiavari chairs and they were very responsive and allowed changes to the final number up until a week before my wedding. They run a discount with my reception venue which was great - saved us a couple hundred dollars!

They had the most beautiful linens but didn't have enough of the one I wanted, so they searched for the fabric and made additional ones for me! They were exactly that I'd envisioned, but they didn't run the pricing by me until about a month before the wedding at which point there wasn't much I could do. Plus they assured me that the linens would go to the ground and that was not the case, they were too short by about 2 inches. I'm sure no one else noticed, but it drove me crazy...

We used the fine china provided by Rentals Unlimited. They have a great selection of products to choose from and prices vary from the simple to the high end. The showroom and sales person was very helpful and flexible with scheduling appointments to view the rentals. We did feel prices were a little higher than other rental companies and the delivery fee for a Sunday event was very high so we opted to have our wedding coordinators pick up and drop off the rentals. Overall quality of the china was great but they did forget our cake cutting knife and server which caused some mild confusion when it came time to cut the cake. I would recommend them because they have such a wide selection including specialty items.

Rentals Unlimited provided all of the rentals for my wedding last month. We met with Katie in the Stoughton office a few times prior to the wedding and she was always very helpful! We rented the Silver Chiavari Chairs, the White Chiavari Chairs, all of the linens, the beautiful silver chargers and various mugs and glasses. Everything arrived on time, was exactly what we ordered, and looked absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend Rentals Unlimited. Thank you!

I used Rentals Unlimited for my April 9, 2011 wedding for some Barstool style chivari chairs to create a lounge look in part of reception space. They had good prices and were quick to respond to my needs. Timely delivery and a great product....I couldn't ask for better!

My chairs and charger plates were ordered through rentals unlimited and they looked great. I was very happy with the service and they were very affordable. They offer a delivery and pick up service which was also very convenient.

Customer Service here was just awful. They refused to speak with me directly when I had issues with the pricng and only wanted to work through the venue. Fine, but they wouldn't respond to my venue coordiantor either. The final product was great as our rentals were exactly what we ordered & looked fabulous, but the sales staff was horrible to deal with.

Rentals items were delivered earlier than expected. We were able to bargain in terms of prices for the chairs we rented. Our first contact person was not responsive, but we were later given someone else who was very helpful. Chairs were in decent condition.

I rented the "Full Rico" a round white leather sofa from Rentals, added it on about 4 days before my wedding. No problem at all, it was there and all set up for my guests to lounge about on during cocktails and dancing. Everyone at Rental's is so fun to work with!

We used this vendor for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. They were very promt in their delivery but many of the chairs had chipped paint and did not look very good. They however were very responsive and sent new chairs out to us right away....with them arriving 15min before out guests arrived. I recommend this vendor but you should be sure that the tables, etc. are in good condition.

I really liked their selection of rentals and found most everything. The only complaint I have is the the crew that picked up the rentals were rude rude rude. It was shocking how rude they were to me and when I called them on it, they just walked away from me. I sent a complaint through my caterer as well. BUt The delivery crew was nice and courteous, so it seemed that it was an isolated crew with the HUGE attitude. Other than that, working with them had been pleasant.

Rentals Unlimited provided all of my decor for our wedding. Everything from custom linens, tables, chiavari chairs, china, glassware, & even a custom pink and white dance floor. They were incredible to work with and extremely professional. Everything was delivered on time and the installation went flawlessly. All of the products were in impeccable condition and I would use them again in a heart beat. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to make their wedding an occasion to remember.
