Party Cape Cod

Planning a wedding on the Cape can be very hard, if you live out of state. However, the wonderful staff from PCC made the entire process very easy and fun. PCC was able to provide insight into the pros and cons of every location we were interested in. Sarah even had photos of what the various locations looked like in different seasons. That was a wonderful help to someone that lives out of town. After selecting the location, PCC helped us bring the space to life. Sarah help us identify the minor details that turn a good wedding into a dream wedding. From the seat covers, to the china, to the florist, to the most amazing band ever Party Cape Cod helped us with everything. Keep it simple, easy and fun with Party Cape Cod.

I used Party Cape Cod for my tent, dancefloor, tables, chairs, linens, dishes and utensils. The girls in the office are all friendly and respond to your emails or phone questions in a very quick manor. They are also available to meet in their showroom whenever you need them to- we are out of town and could not meet during their normal business hours, but they made arrangements to be there when we could meet. I was happy with the all of the items that we rented from them, and the guys that came to set up the tent made sure the placement and layout were just where we wanted them. My only complaint is that right before the wedding when I was making my final payment, the delivery charge changed from $37 to $150 because it was a weekend delivery. I'm fine with paying extra for a weekend delivery, but they knew it needed to be a Saturday delivery from the day I booked and never changed the delivery charge until almost the last minute. After I arranged for my final payment, they called back and said that you can only charge $2000 of your total on credit card, the rest must be paid by check. We were able to work this out, but this was also not mentioned before hand, and could really put someone in a tough spot depending on their total charges and what they had planned to use their cash for already. Other than the billing issues, the service was good.
