Joyride Limousine

I was NOT impressed!!! The outside of the limo looked nice and the limo was clean and they arrived on time and the driver was professionally dressed. Those were my positive reviews. For negatives: 1. There was an ugly hole inside the limo in the ceiling. 2. The driver took the LONGEST possible route to get to the reception venue 3. They charged out card for the "additional time" it took for them to get to the reception venue BUT didn't tell us. We found out when we checked out bank statement. Again...NOT impressed!

We were going to ride in a classic car to the reception and at the LAST minute decided to get a limo to be safe. Without much time to search we found this company to have fair prices. We only wanted a 6 person but they were not available. We were given an 8 and charged for 6. The limo was on time. The driver was polite and professional. I would recommend them again.

Joyride Limousine was responsive and attentive to details. The driver arrived on time throughout the day and was professional and curteous. The limo was beautiful, and the champagne was a great treat! Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver!! I would definitely recommend this company for reliability, professionalism, and value!

Where do I begin. when I made reservations they were made for a coach style bus to transport the wedding party, family, friends and wedding guests to and from the wedding site and hotel. The bus that showed up to pick us up was a PINK Party bus, literally said party bus on the top. Something you would take to a bachelorette party only dirty and HOT inside. That is NOT what I requested and not was I was told it looked like online. I laughed it off because my photographer took some really great pics of my husband and I in front of it, and I figured it would be a great story to tell. Well, When it was time for the bus to take everyone back at the end the night the bus driver took the first load back to the hotel and was supposed to come back to get the rest of us...over an hour went by and still no driver. When I called the owner I can't even begin to tell you how RUDE and unprofessional he was. He pretty much said he would find out where he is, and that's it, no sorry, no nothing. There were 30 people waiting to get back to the hotel... It's after 12:30 at this point. When he finally showed up he was slurring his words and was obviously Drunk or high. So the cops were called, they did a sobriety test and somehow he passed. So everyone got on the bus, I refused and my husband and I took a ride back with the cop. Then when we get back to the hotel the driver has the balls to elk me he is charging us till 1am hahaha

The driver was a few minutes late but called and was there shortly after, allowed us to do WHATEVER since it was our big day!

Outstanding service and cleanliness for my bachelorette party and my wedding. We used several of Joyrides Limousines and Rolls for our wedding and everything was perfect. Thank you Joe for taking such great care of our day! Sandra

Joyride was on time, knew the area and didnt give me anything to worry about on my wedding day. But the months before, emails went unanswered for weeks or not at all but they came through on our big day!!

What a bummer. Thankfully, this vendor was our ONLY *bad* vendor. We hired two cars for our wedding day: 1 White Stretch Excursion and 1 White Stretch Limo. Problem #1: Neither driver knew one another (contracted out from two different companies). Problem #2: The limo was old, smelly and worn which made my dad - the payee - upset). Problem #3: When we got to the church - the drivers didnt know where to drop off, or park the limos. Then when the clergy came out of the church to instruct the drivers - they didn't listen and instead asked me (the bride) where I wanted him to go. Shouldn't he have become familiar with the location before the wedding day, or at least called ahead to ask for instructions on drop off? Problem #4: After the church service - the limo driver had the groom help him open & pour two glasses of bubbly (ie: "hey could you hold this for a second"). In our opinion - he should have had the glasses poured and in the limo ready for us. In addition - it was pouring rain on our wedding day and the Limo driver had our back door open with the groom helping him out - in the rain (ie: we were getting wet). Then after we had our glasses and everyone was loaded in the two cars, we sat there - parked on the side of the road for about 10 minutes before we got on our way to the reception. It would have been nice to get on the road and get to the venue before our guests so we could begin our formal pictures. I dont think I've ever written a bad review, but this time.... we were very disappointed in this vendor so it was warrented.

I had a bad experience................. limo was awful - dirty and dented.... didn't even take pictures at limo it was so bad!! driver locked keys in limo in front of church at the exact moment we were to leave.... don't recommend at all i gave a large tip prior to ride to church which i should have asked for back!!!!

Great experience with this service. It was a little awkward when the driver asked my husband for his tip as we got dropped off at our reception, especially when the Best Man is typically the one who handles this! Other than that, would recommend!

Joyride limo provided our entire wedding party with the Hummer Limo! It was huge and fit us all comfortably. They were on time and handled every request we had! Thanks joyride!

Joyride was awesome! We had a 24 pass. Excursion which fit our bridal party of 20 very comfortably with extra room! Our driver was so fun! He was actually the one who took me step by step through the whole process before going into the church... what was going to happen and when, etc. He was actually the one who opened the doors for me in the church before my big entrance! He was so cool and a very comforting person! I would recommend Joyride to anyone!

Driver was on time -- no problems. We had to make some changes due to weather and he was very receptive. However, I paid for an extra hour, but then ended up not using it (it started raining, so we had to cut the outside pictures short), and they did not refund...but no big deal. Much cheaper than other wedding limo services we looked into.

They had the best price and the limo was nice and clean. Driver was friendly.
