This was a very last minute decision. I think it might have been two weeks prior to our wedding date and we were calling around like crazy to find a place for chair covers/sashes. Vickie at Inspired Elegance came to the rescue for us! She was so pleasant to deal with and was very prompt getting back to me to let me know if she had enough covers for our event and the color we were requesting.They show up the day of, put all the covers and sashes on for you (tie the sashes in a bow or just a knot - whichever you would prefer). Our venue had mixed matched chairs - some round top and others were square top - Vickie said not to worry because the covers they use would be able to fit either - where most places only fit one or the other. We walked into our reception hall and was in "awe" with how fabulous it just made the whole room appear. Completely different with the covers/sashes. We just loved it. Vickie Bruno from Inspired Elegance was one of my favorite vendors! She did a gorgeous job on our chair covers, sashes, table overlays, and napkins, all at a reasonable price. She is friendly, professional, and a breeze to work with. Everything was done exactly as we had discussed and planned, which I really appreciated.In our initial meeting, she took a lot of time with us, showing us all of the options for sashes, napkins, and the little details she could add, and she had some great suggestions to offer. After our meeting, I stumbled across a picture of a napkin folded like a rose, so I showed her the picture and asked if she could do it, and she did not hesitate to take the project on. She did a fantastic job on these, and they looked so pretty.My venue, Castleton, had suggested Inspired Elegance and I’m so glad we went with them. I had initially wanted gold chivari chairs, but after seeing her beautiful chair covers, decided to save $1000 and go with her instead, and I’m so happy we did. Another plus is that her chair covers are more comfortable than most- you can actually put your feet under the seat (other chair covers are usually too stiff for that.) My experience with Vicky was so easy and stress-free. Her table cloths, overlays, and chair covers are all stunning- you cannot go wrong with them. She also has a wonderful selection of colors and textures to choose from. Great products, great service, great price, great job! Thanks Vickie!!

There seat covers were that extra touch needed for the hall. We can't tell you how much their help meant. They really went above and beyond on this one. I was left breathless when I saw the final product.

I do not recommend Inspired Elegance.My experience with Vickie started off fine enough. She met with my mother and I and dressed a table in the linens we asked to see. She was patient and she answered our questions. Once I made a decision, she told me the end result was "stunning" and would look "elegant" in my reception venue. As part of the contract we signed with her, we paid for "made from scratch" roses to be constructed for the back of the chairs.Fast forward to my tasting, two months before my wedding. I saw my linens and the flowers I chose and realized what I had chosen did not look good together. Thus, I wanted to change the linens. Vickie changed her tune and said my "stunning" linens now looked monochromatic and drab. I am not local so my mom (who works full-time) needed to make an appointment. Vickie was extremely put out that my mom wouldn't meet with her during the day. She was not accomodating.Fast forward to my wedding reception. The silk flowers for the backs of the chairs that we ordered - and paid for - ended up being used flowers that were totally different from what I had ordered. Half of my tables were scalloped (as requested), half were not. It looked ridiculous. A few chairs did not have flowers even on them. When asked about it during the reception set-up, Vickie simply said the flowers were "all I have". After the reception, my mom called to discuss Vickie's attitude (because of course that is not something to deal with on your daughter's wedding day). She called at night, intending to leave a voicemail asking Vickie to return her call (because again, she works, and wanted to start the conversation while she thought of it) but Vickie answered her business line. Mom said she was upset about the end result with the linens and Vickie told her to hold. She put her (husband? son? business partner?) on the phone. He hung up on my mom - twice - after yelling at her that she was ridiculous to complain because I had a beautiful wedding. Vickie also refused to remit any of our money, although we paid $90 for goods that were not delivered.Before the wedding, Vickie also took days to respond to calls or emails. I have email chains showing how many times I tried to follow-up with her before she would reply. To this day, she has also refused to provide my mom or I with a final invoice that shows what we were charged.Bottom line: beyond our initial meeting, Vickie was extremely unprofessional. I did not have a good experience working with her and I do not recommend her to anyone.

Vickie - Thank you so much for making the Exeter Inn function room look stunning. It was everything I dreamed of. You were so great to work with and so accommodating. I loved the chair covers, sashes and table runners. The room looked perfect. Thank you for making my day extra special. I would highly recommend you to any bride!! Thank you again!!

They were absolutely wonderful to work with! Very nice, accommodating with changes I had, and patient through all my indecisiveness. Very pleasant! The only negative comment I have to make is that the color of the table runners did not match the color of the Chair Sashes. The sashes were Berry and the Runners were Red. They were both supposed be the Berry color and Red wasn't even in my color palette but for some reason the florist put red in my centerpieces so it didn't look as bad as it could have, but this is a detail that a company should not overlook. I would still recommend them and I am happy to but I just suggest to you brides to double check that everything is as it should be. Wonderful people though!
