Gianna's Bridal & Boutique

So as brides we all know how important the dress is to us, and we know shopping can be a bit overwhelming. So if you are looking for a relaxing search, with very talented women... Gianna's is right for you. The women at Gianna's are not pushy, but trust me they know what they are doing. LISTEN TO THEIR SUGGESTIONS... They never once made me feel pressured, and were very easy to work with. We ordered the bridal gown, bridesmaids, and flower girl dresses from Gianna's and have NO COMPLAINTS.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Gianna's! It was the second place I tried dresses on, and Rosalee, the consultant, picked a gorgeous dress, that I never would have tried on from how it looked on the hanger, it was the ONE! The dress was also altered at Gianna's, and they took such care with it, and the bustle was beautiful! It truly was my dream dress!I also got my bridesmaids' dresses there, and they were wonderful to work with, especially figuring out what size we should order my pregnant bridesmaid so it would fit her by the time the wedding came!We also got my mom's dress at Gianna's. They didn't carry a sample in the dress she found at another store, but since the carried the line and we had ordered all our other dresses there, they ordered it for her. And they were cheaper than the price the other boutique had quoted us!I would recommend Gianna's to anyone, and I already have to my sister who is getting married next year!

I bought my dress at Gianna's, and at first glance, I wasn't sure I would really find anything I was looking for. I purchased from Gianna's private label (which, by the way, is beautiful!), and because of my height she was able to have the dress cut specially for me for much less than alterations would be. Gianna and her staff dealt with my mini-meltdown when my dress wouldn't zip, but fixed it in less than 48 hours. Her seamstress, Amina, is incredible.....my dress was perfect on the big day!

We had superb experiences at Gianna's. We had brought my daughter's wedding gown to a friend of the family, an excellent seamstress. But when it came time for the bustle, my daughter grew worried. She wanted a bustle like all her friends, many of whom had gone to Gianna's. The seamstress and I agreed that it was important for her to be happy with her dress, and so, with only 10 days remaining until the wedding, we went to Gianna's. Despite the fact that one of their seamstresses was on vacation and they were terribly busy, they came through for us with flying colors. (Turns out the bustle depends on the dress, and this dress was difficult because it was heavy and asymmetrical.) Gianna's did a beautiful job, and they took our lack of time very seriously and worked quickly to have the dress ready in time. But that's not all! Eight days before the wedding, I tore my own MOB dress! I brought it to Gianna's the next day, though I doubted it could be fixed, and I was right. I'd planned to spend the whole day at a mall looking for something off the rack that wouldn't need tailoring, not an easy job since I'm not easy to fit. However, Gianna's found me a really nice dress right there in the shop and did the sleeves and hem in only a few days. It all could have been an overwhelmingly anxious time, but we were able to put our trust in the excellence and professionalism at Gianna's, and we were calmed by the kindness and helpfulness of all the wonderful women who work there.

My first visit at Gianna's was wonderful. We set up a private appointment and the salon (a very small salon) was all ours. The women who helped us was wonderful- she was patient, had great suggestions. I found my gown and veil there and was thrilled. However, the second time we went to the shop was to look for the mother-of-the-bride gown. It was very crowded that day and no sales reps could help us. The third time I went was for my first fitting. I had a 6:30 appointment. At 7:00, I was still waiting to be seen. There was a back-up of customers in the store and I had to wait. The seamstress finally had caught up and I was in the fitting room with her. There was no room out on the floor to have me stand on the pedestal (another bride was using it to try on gowns), so she started pinning me in the tight and cramped dressing stall. She did a horrible job. She used the wrong pins in my silk gown (I found this out from another seamstress), didn't look to see if the sweetheart neck on my gown was centered, and did not measure the hem when pinning it to shorten. I called the very next day and told Gianna's I didn't want her working on my gown. I picked up my gown and headed elsewhere.All in all, they have a great selection of gowns. The women working there are nice when they aren't so busy and flustered. But the store is so small and this makes it chaotic. They can't give people personalized attention because of this. My first experience was wonderful, but that was it. I can't really say much more.

I searched high and low for "that" dress, and after visiting many other stores, Gianna's was a breath of fresh air. I walked in and they accomodated me without an appointment AND had the dress I was looking for in the size and color I needed it in. The staff was so kind and professional, and they had great advice to give on other things, too, like undergarments and accessories. The dress was beautiful, and I'm so happy I got it at Gianna's!

They also did a lot of customization for me, which made my wedding look exactly what I had dreamed. Definitely make them a stop when looking for gowns!

I cannot recommend Gianna's Bridal enough. It is a privately owned shop, not like the large chain gown shops. My daughter's wedding gown fit like a glove. My daughter's wedding kept getting rescheduled due to the military. The entire staff of Gianna's were so supportive. When the time FINALLY came for the wedding to take place, all the ladies at Gianna's were truly happy and thrilled for us. They were very accommodating with scheduling fittings. They are fabulous.

Found the wedding dress of my dreams at Gianna's. I worked mostly with Gianna and Rosalie and they were amazing-so warm and comforting. They were never afraid to give their opinion which was great. I had three dress fittings and my dress fit like a glove. Every part of working with them was wonderful.

Giannas is the best bridal shop around. Everyone that works there sincerely cares about each one of their brides. They are so friendly and accommodating. The quality and selection of the gowns is superb, and the seamstresses are impeccable. The staff is very friendly and not at all pushy, and the prices are just right. Thank you so much to Gianna and her staff for helping make my daughter's dream a reality. I recommend this shop to everyone!

Gianna's Bridal is a great shop if you are looking for modern styles without the "Kleinfeld" price. They have styles for every body type, and the staff really understands how to dress your body. Rosemary actually picked my dress for me and I love it! The alterations staff is excellent, and probably the best around Boston! The shop is small but it is set up well. The staff makes up for the store size with their helpfulness and knowledge. Other dresses such as bridesmaid dresses and MOB dresses are in plentiful supply and if it's not in the store, they will order it for you. Their shoe selection is great too and they offer free dying. I've checked out their dress for less bridal and formal wear outlet a block a way which has great deals! Do yourself a favor and shop local!

Gianna and her crew are amazing. They know their stuff and would never stear you wrong. I have been using Gianna's for a while now... I have shopped for bridesmaids dresses, bridal gowsn, mother of bride dresses and more... their prices are fair and she has everything you need. Its a "one-stop-shop". Seamstress was unreal. She is so fast and perfect. She is the best.

I loved Gianna's Bridal! After being a bridesmaid 8 times, I had seen the best and worst of bridal shops, and I was wary of making the wrong choice for my own wedding. Gianna's was a breath of fresh air - the staff is experienced and knowledgeable, and they were able to work with me on a very short timeframe. The alterations on my dress were superbly done, and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience.

Gianna's has the best gowns. I was looking for gowns at different boutiques but I found the perfect one at Gianna's. They had so many to pick from. I remember when I went to David's Bridal and was so upset that they have limited gowns to pick from. I did not like David's Bridal at all. I am happy that Gianna's was the right place for me.

Gianna and her staff were all very helpful from sales to fittings to alterations, with not just my dress but also my bridesmaid's dresses. They even stayed friendly and helpful, and even helped reduce my stress when I tended a little toward the "bridezilla" end of things.

I got my dress, the bridesmaid dresses, my veil and my jewelry here. I also did my alterations. I loved my experience. The seamstress wasn't my favorite but she did a good job at a very fair price. Gianna, herself, is invaluable!! She was so wonderful to work with, honest and helpful. I always enjoyed my interactions with her. The selection is great at very good prices for the wedding dresses. For bridesmaids, I looked all around and then came back to Gianna's with the style and color and she ordered for me at an awesome price.

I got my bridesmaids' dresses here and my mom got her mother of the bride dress here. I went many times during the process of searching for bridesmaids and MOB dresses. I looked all around and always ended going back to Gianna's. The selection is fantastic, especially for shorter bridesmaids dresses, and the prices are great. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they had a lot of patience with us as we took a long time to make our decisions. The place is rather small so they recommend that you make an appointment if coming in with bridesmaids, otherwise you may be behind a bridal party and have to wait a while for a dressing room. The dresses took a little longer to come in than I expected, but no big deal as we still had plenty of time to make our alterations. I really love the atmosphere of this place- they aren't pushy and don't stalk you as you shop, and are really nice and helpful. I have recommended it to other brides who also ended up getting their bridesmaids dresses from there. Definitely worth going to!!!

Gianna is amazing! Her shop has incredible dresses ans great prices. It is truly a hidden gem. Gianna herself pays such attention to detail and really makes sure you are happy with every little thing. They turned the back of my dress from a zipper closure to a corset back and it was so beautiful! It really looked as if the dress came that way. I highly recommend them.

Gianna's staff is extemely helpful and the gown selection is excellent, especially for brides and mother-of-the-bride. Exceptional value and service.
