Alden Blair Events

Jessica at Alden Blair Events provided "day-of" coordination for our wedding on October 23rd in Watertown, MA. We were planning from Chicago, so we did most of our coordinating and planning by phone and email. Jessica was organized, professional and quick to respond to our questions. She listened to our vision for the event, made great recommendations on how we could accomplish it and then made it a reality on the big day. Everything ran smoothly during our final walk through, rehearsal and wedding. She had a great relationship with our vendors and had worked with many of them before. She also went above and beyond in her "day-of" coordinator duties by helping us track down an officiant and taxi vouchers for our guests. We had a great experience and would highly recommend her for your wedding or event!

My wedding day was stress-free thanks to Jessica. We hired her as a day-of coordinator due to some frustrations we were having with our venue, and Jessica took care of everything. She confirmed with our vendors, led our rehearsal, set up our ceremony and reception decorations, and ran our wedding day exactly as we wanted. I didn't have to worry about a thing because she took the lead and made sure we stuck to the schedule. I would highly recommend Jessica to any bride who wants the chance to eat at her own wedding and party the night away!

They were quick to respond when we either called or emailed.Very helpful with all areas of our wedding planning from helping with the linens and fabric backdrops to finding the perfect photographer and DJ. Jessica Harris was such a pleasure to work with. She made our wedding weekend stress free with not a worry in the world. I (the Mother of the Bride) was so comfortable with Jessica that she was in charge of everything. I can't say enough good things about Jessica.The bride and I love to plan but Jessica had the creativity to take the brides ideas and make them a reality. I would put Jessica in charge of anything.

Hiring Jessica was THE BEST DECISION we made in planning our wedding!!! She was professional, friendly, and really fun to work with. We highly recommend her!!! We did a partial planning package, which worked out great. We were planning the wedding from out of state, and would meet in person with Jessica when we visited, and the rest of the time we'd communicate by email. She kept us on track, gave us recommendations, and made sure we didn't forget anything during the planning process. Having Jessica do our day-of coordination was wonderful! The whole day was magical -- everything was taken care of, everything was in the right place, everything happened right on schedule. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing, and neither did our wedding party or our relatives. Everything was seamless. The peace of mind that having a wedding planner offers is something that just cannot be beat. We had a perfect wedding -- and it's because Jessica and her assistants made sure of every detail. Jessica was a wonderful wedding planner. We couldnt have done it without her! She was on top of everything and I wasnt bothered during the wedding or reception she just took care of it. She set up everything at the reception while the wedding was going on and it looked wonderful when we got there. We didnt have to pay attention to the clock during the reception for cutting the cake, bouqet toss, toasts, etc... She would find us and let us know when it was time it was great. She was worth every penny and if I could do it over again I would hire her back in a second!
